The payment method is PayPal or banking transaction.

Prices are in US dollars (USD).

The request for payment will be sent by the artist unless there is a prior agreement.

I will only start with your order once the FULL payment has been made.

I do not accept half payment or offer discounts.

The character design from scratch has an extra cost (starting at $100).

Commercial and/or entertainment use adds an extra 100% fee to the total price.

I only make 90% refunds at the sketch stage, once I finish the lineart I no longer make refunds (make sure you can pay before you commission me).

I do not accept cryptocurrencies, NFTs or points in applications as a payment method.

English is not first language, please use clear words and avoid using acronyms for better communication

The colors, proportions and details I use in my drawings are part of my art style, if you want to commission me you cannot ask me to change my art style.

The time it takes me to make a commission is approximately one to four weeks.

If you need the drawing for a special day, an extra fee will be added to the price to compensate the extra work time (please tell me if you are in a hurry before paying me so I will know if I can make your order).

The drawings I make for you continue to belong to me, I am selling you a drawing, I am NOT selling you the copyright of the image.

I do not make drawings from written descriptions, I request images to do my work.

You can not remove, cover, hide the signature of my drawings.

You cannot edit my drawings, you cannot copy / trace / recolor them or say that you did them.

You can post the drawing/drawings I make for you on social media as long as I (The Artist) am tagged in these posts.

You may not sell my drawings digitally or physically (printed or other forms of merchandise).

If I design a character at your request I reserve the right to draw it whenever I want and to publish it on my social networks.

Use of any of my artwork or work to feed any AI is prohibited

I make three sketch revisions, in these three revisions you can ask for big changes in the drawing, after I send you the third sketch I won't accept to make any more big changes (please be sure what you want me to draw before commissioning me).

If you want to make big changes after the lineart phase an extra fee will be added depending on the change you want.

You can only add at most 5 small changes after the lineart phase.

If you want to make more small changes after the lineart phase an extra fee will be added depending on how many changes you request.

I am not responsible for the lack of details in your order if you are not clear with what you want at first.

If you want me to design a character from scratch I will need you to give me all the references you want me to add to the character, if you do not have the references ready before payment I can reject your request.

I make the simple backgrounds at the end of the rendering phase, if you want your commission to have no background, you must request it before the color phase.

If you want me to use a color maybe I'll change the color to something more in line with my color palette, I'm not going to change my entire color palette if you ask me to use colors that I'm uncomfortable with.

If you make requests that go against my terms and conditions in the process of your order, I can cancel your order and expose what happened on my social networks to warn my followers or friends.

The delivery is made by E-mail.

The image format is JPG.

If the background is transparent, the image format is PNG.

For security reasons I do not send drawings in their maximum quality unless there is a prior agreement (subject to an additional cost).
